Hi my name is Jarryd,  I’ve been training at elite levels since I was 12 years old, and have been semi-professional footballer for 11 years, been in the fitness industry for the last 8 years plus I managed to successfully complete a Bachelor of Applied Exercise Science and Human Movement.

Together that was the catalyst for finding, to what I like to call,“The Corporate Athlete” Program.

“The Corporate Athlete” Program is based on so called “Periodisation”

What is Periodisation? – A logical, phasic method of manipulating training variables (volume, intensity and rest) in order to elicit maximum gains in performance and to minimize the probability of overtraining.”

Meaning, Periodisation training model allows you to train efficiently and safely while it maximises your results.

It’s Based on the premise that athletes can not train hard all year round and maintain performance and health. There is therefore a need for ‘unloading’, regeneration and rest periods.

The aim of this cycle is to introduce exercise in a safe manner building from low to high intensity.

It’s the very same training professional athletes are using to get fit on regular basis – Olympians, Footballers from all codes and any other competing athlete use this very same  way of training.
